In todays real estate climate there is an enormous gap in the real estate market which we at Howard Hanna Rand Realty have identified and redefined.  Traditionally, and many years ago,  brokerages offered full service to buyers and sellers and their agents who represented them.  Today many companies are focused on providing service through technology.  Technology has a very important role in the transaction but it pales in comparison to the needs of the human experience.  Technology can not replace service.  Marketing has also been reduced with brokerages concentrations being focused on syndication through the Multiple Listing Service.  This is the main vehicle for many real estate companies.  Marketing is the foundation of which the broadest net is able to be cast to best promote the property and to find the best buyer for each property.  Simply hitting enter on a key board and publish on the Multiple Listing Service is not enough.  We provide our agents with the broadest most expansive marketing at all levels so they can deliver a level of service that exceeds industry standards.
